We are pleased to offer our customers same day delivery on orders placed as late as 8:30 a.m. on a regular business day. During the peak season, (Valentine's Day, Christmas etcˇK) order should be made at least 3 days to ensure your orders are delivered on time for these important days.

Change / Cancellation of Order
 
No cancellation of orders is accepted. If you wish to change your order, a notification of 48 hours is required for flower bouquets ; and 1 week notice is required for wedding bouquet and other flower arrangement.
Seasonal Availability
 
Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the website are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style may be necessary.
Poor Weather Condition
 
In the event that typhoon signal No.8 or above, Black Rain Storm warning being hoisted, we may not proceed any order on schedule, we will make arrangement with our customers to re-arrange the delivery time.
